Delete your Flayr account

Flayr: AI Outfit Stylist, by Danyfi Innovative Solutions

You can delete your Flayr account and the personal data linked to it at any time. Deleting is permanent and can't be undone.

Option 1: Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open the Flayr app and log in with the mobile number on your account.
2. Go to Profile → Privacy & Data.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away. If you have an upcoming stylist session, cancel it first under Profile → My bookings.

Option 2: Ask us by email

If you can't open the app, email info@flayyr.in with the subject "Delete my Flayr account" and include the mobile number registered on your account. We may ask you to confirm it's you. We'll delete your account within 30 days and email you when it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, mobile number, email and login
• Your style profile: gender, age range, height, weight, body type, skin tone, preferences and budget
• Your photos, closet items, saved looks and try-on images
• Discover posts you published, likes you gave and reports you filed
• Your events, reminders, shop-link history and credit balance (unused credits are lost)

What we keep, and for how long

• Payment and booking records (amount, date, what was bought): kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, then deleted. They are not used for anything else.
• Crash and analytics data that isn't linked to your name or number: kept by Google for up to 14 months, then deleted.

Delete some data without closing your account

You can delete individual closet items, saved looks, try-on images and Discover posts inside the app. Try-on images made from your own photo are deleted automatically after 30 days. To ask us to delete anything else, email info@flayyr.in.
