Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Danyfi Innovative Solutions ("Flayr", "we", "us"), the operator of the Flayr app and the website flayyr.in. By creating an account or using Flayr, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Flayr.
1. Who can use Flayr
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. You may create looks for family members, including children, but the account must belong to an adult.
2. Your account
- You log in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep your phone and codes private.
- Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at info@flayyr.in if you think someone else has used it.
3. What Flayr does
Flayr suggests complete outfits for your occasion, budget and style, lets you try looks on virtually, organises your closet, shows community looks on Discover, sends festival and event reminders, and lets you book 1-on-1 video sessions with professional stylists. We may add, change or remove features over time.
4. AI-generated content
- Outfits, product matches, closet tags and try-on images are created by AI. They are suggestions, not guarantees. Colours, fit and how a garment looks on you in real life may differ.
- Try-on images are a visual preview only and are not an exact representation of size or fit.
- Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you permission.
- If an AI result is wrong, offensive or inappropriate, use the Report button. We review reports and may improve or remove content.
5. Free use and credits
- Flayr gives you free outfit ideas every day and a free try-on. Beyond that, some features use credits.
- Credit packs are bought through Google Play, and Google Play's payment terms apply. Prices are shown in the app in Indian Rupees, including applicable taxes.
- Credits never expire. They are a licence to use Flayr features, have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged for money, and are lost if you delete your account.
- If an AI feature fails to produce a result, the credits used are returned to your balance automatically.
- Purchases are otherwise non-refundable, except where Google Play's refund policy or Indian law gives you a right to a refund.
6. Stylist sessions
- Stylists are independent professionals. Their advice is their own opinion.
- Sessions are paid through Razorpay when you book. The price is shown before you pay.
- Free cancellation up to 2 hours before the session. You get a full refund to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.
- If the stylist misses the call, you get a full refund.
- Cancellations less than 2 hours before, or missing the session yourself, are not refunded.
- Sessions happen over a third-party video service, such as Google Meet. Be respectful; stylists may end a session if you are abusive.
7. Shopping links
Products in your looks link to third-party stores. When you buy, you buy from that store, not from Flayr. The store is responsible for prices, stock, delivery, returns and product quality. Prices and availability shown in Flayr may change. We may earn a commission from some stores at no extra cost to you.
8. Your content and Discover
- You own the photos and content you add to Flayr.
- You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process and display your content to run Flayr. For Discover posts, that includes showing them to other users. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where others have already saved or shared it within the app.
- Only post content you have the right to share. Don't post nudity, hate, harassment, violence, other people's private information, or anything illegal.
- We may remove content or limit accounts that break these rules. You can report any Discover post.
9. Things you must not do
- Break the law or anyone else's rights, including privacy and intellectual property.
- Upload photos of other people without their consent, or use try-on to create misleading or sexual images of anyone.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, overload or try to get around the app's security or limits.
- Use bots, modified apps or multiple accounts to get free credits.
- Resell or commercially use Flayr's outputs at scale without our written permission.
10. Our rights
The Flayr name, logo, app, website and their design and software belong to us or our licensors. You may use outfit suggestions and images you generate for your personal, non-commercial use. Third-party product images and brand names belong to their owners.
11. Suspension and deletion
You can stop using Flayr and delete your account at any time from Profile → Privacy & Data → Delete account, or see how to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law, or to protect users, and we'll tell you why where we can.
12. Disclaimers and liability
Flayr is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise it will be error-free or always online. Fashion and style advice is subjective.
To the extent Indian law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for purchases you make from third-party stores. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Flayr in the 6 months before the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is higher. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other laws that can't be excluded.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to fix the problem. If we can't, the courts at Mumbai, India will have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and tell you in the app before significant changes take effect. If you keep using Flayr after that, you accept the new terms.
